 Center for Health Services commitment is to improve lives by providing education, health care, support, increasing awareness for children and adults with social, learning, intellectual disabilities, and genetic disorders, who have Autism, Related Disorders, Down Syndrome, Sickle Cell Disease and Diabetes. We provide education and career services for families with financial needs and special needs. Center for Health Services partner with healthcare facilities, schools, corporations, families, and communities in the Chicagoland area.
 

Center for Health Services believes everyone deserves a better healthcare and education. 

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. 

We fund research for prevention, treatments, and cure, to provide health care, education, increasing awareness, provide support and hope that will change the future for all families with special needs who struggle with social, learning, developmental disabilities and genetic disorders.

 Our team will support you in building a healthier you. No matter what your health needs are, having a team support you will keep you on the path to better health. We work together to connect you with the services you need.
